A great compilation of the history of the syndrome's origins and the experiments Ommaya had used.  Dr. Uscinski is a neurosurgeon.  He has spent countless hours researching for his many papers on SBS.

In his conclusion, Dr. Uscinski writes, "While the desire to protect children is laudable, it must be balanced against the effects of seriously harming those who are accused of child abuse solely on the basis of what is, at best, unsettled science."
