The Cox's son had a reaction to the Hepatitis B vaccine that 24 hour old babies receive these days. He suffered from apnea and seizures like my daughter did and the stroke that nearly killed him caused bleeding in the brain which doctors wanted to associate with Shaken Baby Syndrome. Fortunately for the Cox family, a visiting nurse was a witness to the episode where their baby stopped breathing. It is the only thing that saved them from being sent to jail and on the road to this nightmare.

They are now fighting to have a Bill introduced: "House Bill 2635, a bill requiring medical personnel to show parents the package insert about side effects that comes with the vaccine before administering it."

That is all they're asking and the opposition to this Bill is already fierce. What's to be afraid of?
